Frank Gatta joined the Concorde Group in November 2003 as Manager for South Australia and the Northern Territory. Frank has been involved in the travel industry for over 30 years, with experience in retail, wholesale, consolidation, airline and franchise markets. Prior to his current position Frank was Manager SA/NT for Harvey World Travel. He has completed the Certificate of Travel Operations and the Business Certificate Marketing at TAFE. Lectured at TAFE in Fares & Ticketing and Marketing.

| Vlado Ristevski |
Vlado Ristevski joined the Concorde Group of Companies in May 1990. He began his career as an International Fares consultant before moving into Sales in 1993, where he held the position of Sales Executive. Three years later he progressed to Agency Sales Manager responsible for Agency Sales across Victoria and Tasmania. Prior to his current position of State Manager VIC/TAS Vlado held the position of Business Development Manager. Vlado has been involved in many aspects of Air Tickets Wholesaling and has a very sound understanding across all components of the business.

| Julianne Godbold |
Julianne Godbold started her Travel Industry career in 1994 and has been with Concorde since March 2004. Prior to Concorde, Julianne was the Queensland Sales Executive for Royal Brunei Airlines. She previously held positions in various areas of the travel industry in business development, marketing and product development roles. Julianne holds a Bachelor of Leisure Management degree (Tourism Planning and Development major).

| Jenny Vos |
Jenny Vos started her Travel Industry career in 1986 and has been with Concorde since March 2007. Prior to Concorde, Jenny was the WA Sales Executive for Qantas for 6 years. She previously held positions in various areas of the travel industry in retail & corporate roles. Jenny holds Diplomas in Travel & Tourism and Hotel Catering and Management.

| Sharleen Kelley |
Sharleen was promoted to the position of Air Tickets State Manager of NSW/ACT in October 2009 after a successful time as the National Sales Manager at Concorde Agency Network.
Sharleen started in the travel industry with Carlson Wagonlit Travel in 1995 as a consultant in Canberra. In 1999 Sharleen moved to Sydney and joined a travel agency in the Eastern Suburbs covering corporate, retail and groups. Sharleen then worked at Sabre Pacific as an account manager and was promoted to National Account Manager looking after all accounts with a team of 7 before joining Concorde Agency Network.
